Login before visiting the Cal 1 Card office and accept the Clipper Card license agreement AND check to see if you have a message stating that your EasyPass Clipper card IS READY. Those with a message stating it is not ready will NOT be able to pick up their card and will need to check back online in 24 hours for a card update. When your card is ready for pick up, your account should show this message:
“Your EasyPass Clipper Card is ready.”
If it does not, please do not stand in line as you will not be able to pick-up your card. Please visit the Cal 1 Card office after you see this message indicating that your card is ready.
